Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment • All Glow Sessions must be booked in advance through the website. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. • If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. 3. Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled without a refund. 4. No-Shows • If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not notify me in advance, your booking will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded. 5. Session Guidelines • This is a judgment-free and safe space for guidance and clarity. • Be prepared to discuss your intentions and goals so I can best assist you. • Any recommendations for candles or spiritual tools will be tailored to your specific needs. 6. Follow-Up Support • A brief follow-up message will be provided after your session to check in and answer any quick questions. • Additional follow-ups or deeper guidance may require a new booking.
